I love Tangles! Never had a bad haircut from my stylist, Jessica Scott Santo! Staff is always super friendly when I go.
My family and I were clients of Tangles beginning in 2001 when they were in their original location on Northwood Avenue. My daughter--who is now 16--received her first haircut there! I've since moved out of the area but came back for a pedicure with my mom, and we had a great experience (I was with Samantha; she was with Melissa--both were great!) Lindsay Hoffman is not only awesome, but very personable. The girls at the front desk were very knowledgeable, too when I called to inquire about getting my lashes done which is a breath of fresh air with not having to be put on hold for them to get answers. I'll definitely be back, two thumbs up!
Wonderful salon with fantastic staff that are always on point!
I needed a new stylist so I took a chance and called Tangles.I had been here many years ago and I liked the location. I asked for someone who was talented with experience. I was told that Lindsey Titone fit that description, booked an appointment with her and never looked back. She is extremely talented. She keeps me current so I don't get stuck in a rut.
