They were friendly when we first walked in. Showed us where to go. Vry clean and did a wonderful job on our son 1st cut.
Came in six months ago to go platinum blonde, I am blonde. Diane, my hairdresser said I was too dark to go straight to blonde and she could only do highlights this time but after the next time I can go platinum. So went in today and again she said she couldn't do it that she would only do highlights and on top of that she was going to make me fold her foils. Unbelievable! Do not go to Diane, she doesn't know what she's doing or she's just trying to get people's money.
