Serena is awesome. I have been to MANY stylists in my lifetime. I found Serena through a friend 5 years ago. I loved her then, and love her now. She listens to what I'm thinking and professionally gives me her opinion. I always get what I'm looking for in color and cut. I'm the customer that comes at the end of desperation with jeans and sweatshirt. Never a word of judgment or "poo poo" because I colored my own hair at home to save money. After a horrifying experience with an overrated salon in the area, I was left with brassy, almost gold hair all over my head. I went to Jen Deiss for a color correction. My hair is now closer to it's natural dark brown color and I've never loved it more! I took a big leap of faith and the results were better than I thought possible. Thanks for making me feel so beautiful, Jen!
Was having a hair emergency they squeezed me in with Nan I asked for sassy I got sassy will be back for sure
I came in yesterday with a mess of highlights and it looked horrible! Jennifer did a corrective color for me-she stayed way past closing time (I have a lot of hair) and worked with me until it was perfect! I'm so glad to have found a place I love!
A beautiful, relaxing environment. If you haven't been here its a must try!
