I had a great experience with Tandem Telehealth. Dr. Foster provided excellent service during my time here. She is very knowledgeable and presented great information on the medications we discussed. Whenever I had problems with a medication she had plenty of useful info for alternatives. The questions she asked during appointments were very productive and thoughtful. The online portal was also easy to use.
I have been a patient of this group for years. Originally saw Dr. Garland and currently see Melanie Parks, NP. My sons see another provider in the group. They listen, order medications appropriately and work around my schedule for appointments. Perfect solution for therapeutic maintenance therapy!
Highly recommend them for all your mental health needs. Being able to do this via telemedicine is so great and they do great work. I had an issue ONE time and they were all over it in a highly professional manner.
