I had a very positive experience. I was hesitant about buying home due to very negative experiences in the past. This place is a joke it’s been 2 weeks since we not heard anything from them. And on top that I went somewhere else and come to find out they never turn in my Application, that I filled out for the house. Worst experience how are gonna treat customer like this that’s how you loose customers! I’m never going back there ever again.
absolutely poor service! Ordered my house with star doors and have been getting the run around ever since about why I have yet to my doors installed! Cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails about finishing their job! Manufacturers have been absolutely amazing and come all the way from Alabama to fix warranty items but the things tandem are responsible for I can seem to get anyone’s attention to do it.
