Had a nail appt. today and Misty and Tandee didnt have time to check my hurting ingrown toenail. Had 5 2 weeks ago. Tandee rudely said I had to have an appt. Well, I had an appt. today. They were both waiting on customers but none in the salon. Very poor customer service. Actually unbelievable! Canceled my next monthly pedi. Was told by Misty the 1st time I ever went there that it would only be $2 if ingrown toenail still hurt. Drove fr Columbus. Misty only works Thurs Fri and Sat.
