Unhelpful customer service and strict upfront feesI called this office for a straightforward green card renewal. The staff refused to provide any basic information or pricing guidance without forcing me to pay for a paid consultation first. They repeated this demand multiple times instead of trying to understand my simple request. I felt they were more interested in collecting upfront fees than helping a potential client. If you want a firm that offers transparent pricing or a free initial intake, look elsewhere.
I cannot thank this office enough for helping my husband through his NTA case and ultimately obtain his green card.
