Does not care about her patients. Prescribed me the Extended Release medication and I couldn't afford it anymore called to get my refill switched to regular and was told I missed an appointment so she not my Dr and wont help me with the prescription even though she is the one that wrote mine. Now I have no heart medication because I can't afford the expensive ER version. This is worst Dr I have ever had to deal with in my life. Money hungry monster.

It is a shame that I have to leave this review, because I genuinely liked Dr. Cooper. Unfortunately, as a new patient, I had issues with her office staff from the very beginning. The communication skills of the receptionist are very lacking and lead to a negative experience for the patient. Next time I show up I was informed that my appointment was cancelled but they were unable to get in contact with me because they dialed the wrong area code, so I wasted a half day for nothing.
Dr. Cooper listens very well and is very humble and truly concerned. Some doctors take a one size fits all approach to making diagnoses, but Dr. Cooper works and thinks to the best of her ability for her patients' health. Contact 228-271-2389 to speak with an insurance agent that can help you see Dr. Cooper with a 0 dollar Co-pay.
Dr Cooper is an wonderful doctor. She treated my grandson for a burn. We were very happy with her.
