I got the “dark” level and I look exactly the same even though I waited over 16 hours before showering (as it says on their website). When I called, the staff member said I should’ve waited 24 hours if I didn’t like the color like they “told” me - which I don’t think they did. The website and the sheet I signed both said 16 hours as I remember. I’ve gotten multiple spray tans and never have had to wait 24 hours. So rude and unhelpful. Waste of money.
