Dr Jason Castro is now at the Lois location!! Best doctor ever.
My husband and I had our annual physicals in November and December 2024. The doctors were great. The office/administration staff appear to be very disorganized and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. We were billed a deductible for bloodwork for our annual physical checks and Quest told us to have Lois Clinic change the code in order for the bill to be changed. Great doctor and staff
Rude staff. Also I received an mri order. They called me multiple times following me receiving the order and suggested that I should do my MRI with them. When I declined they retaliated by suggesting that I better disclose who I am scheduling my MRI with or else they would cancel my MRI order. Not sure if they can do that but... Sus....
