I truly value the time Dr. Castro spent with me and the way he explained everything so clearly. His great sense of humor and relaxed approach made the experience much easier for me, especially since I tend to feel nervous when receiving medical care. Patricia was also a pro at drawing blood- didn’t feel the needle and she got three vials quickly.

My primary care doctor of many years moved from the Tampa Palms TGMG office to this South Tampa one and so I had my first in-person at this new location a week ago. The traffic was surprisingly not too bad lol The facility was clean, quiet and there was 0 wait - I even arrived 15 min early but they were able to see me as soon as I arrived. The staff were all very polite and considerate. Worst place to visit. Nobody can answer any questions and you have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone. Find normal clinic.

Don’t make appointments with this place. Had an appointment for August that was canceled and rescheduled to October. To only be canceled and they told me that they can see me in February. Just a bunch of incompetent people pretending to work.
