It's the people here that make TGMG great. Their out of pocket costs are very reasonable as well, in a pinch. I've been seeing Dr. Castro and his team for over a decade! A very receptive, insightful doctor, he always listens. The staff has always done their best and even when something goes wrong, they've gone out of their way to make it right. Only downside is TGMG is a very busy network, so understand they're going to be certain times that they cannot see you suddenly the next day without notice.
KOLANKO, PRZEMYSLAW - is who I saw - I went to him because he had good reviews and I was going to TWO other doctors that could care less, they overbooked, they didn't even look up from their computer. I don't think they even knew my name. I am BEYOND SATISFIED with KOLANKO, PRZEMYSLAW -10 stars if I could, he LISTENED, he made EYE CONTACT, the office was NOT overbooked, everything was fast, I got my blood work done in the SAME office afterwards. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kolanko for over ten years as my primary doctor and he’s wonderful! Kind, patient, always addresses my concerns and answers questions.
I truly value the time Dr. Castro spent with me and the way he explained everything so clearly. His great sense of humor and relaxed approach made the experience much easier for me, especially since I tend to feel nervous when receiving medical care. Patricia was also a pro at drawing blood- didn’t feel the needle and she got three vials quickly.
My primary care doctor of many years moved from the Tampa Palms TGMG office to this South Tampa one and so I had my first in-person at this new location a week ago. The traffic was surprisingly not too bad lol The facility was clean, quiet and there was 0 wait - I even arrived 15 min early but they were able to see me as soon as I arrived. The staff were all very polite and considerate.
