This is the worst ER i have been to. Been ignored for hours. Noone can tell you anything and wont find out anything for you. The nursing staff is absolutely horrible. Very disappointed in the care being received
Horrible experience. Arrived Tuesday night to the emergency room with a possible concussion. Waited for 3 hours , never seen. Gave up waiting and left to be seen by another doctor
Wife experiencing shortness of breath after having C-section a week ago after complications with birthing child. She has been feeling like she’s going to faint and has shortness of breath, Upon arriving she is disregarded and pushed to the side, and not reassured she is going to receive care. Instead she is treated with repeated rudeness by all staff members. I highly recommend this unit receive sensitivity training for dealing with all levels of patients. I was in a crash w 3 deaths.Accident was on all news channels. I had no feeling n legs but pain.Test were on my legs/pelvis/hand only,Dr said ws sending me home w pain meds. My family hd 2 argue/insist on MRI/CT scans b done. After test Dr ran in room yelling Not 2 move me, MRI results= L3 Burst Fracture, Bone fragments in nerves & spinal chord, L2 pushed out of alignment,L1 & L2 both fractured, thecal sac torn open & leaking, T12 & above was pushed to the right causing scoliosis & 4 broken ribs. I was born in Tampa General. I was in a really bad wreck was hit and went under a eight teen wheeler. And I pick up a pan of hot oil and was burn very bad have to have a skin graft on my hand and still can’t do a lot with it and can’t make close my hand. I was in the trauma center for almost two and half months. Have to be airlifted to the Tampa General Trauma. And everyone was very nice to me. Sat in waiting room for three hours other came and went we sat Wouldn't want to be treated at this horrible place
Both the ER and Trauma Center have saved my life numerous times. All the nurses and Doctors who work both sides a fantastic. Thank you for the work you all do.
