Went here to get nail supplies. Could hear customers saying they’ve been wanting since 9am and it was 11am now. Then I found what I wanted to buy and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me while a worker was standing right there the whole time , then she told me to ring the bell to checkout and I rang it and she walked away and no one ever came to check me out. Another worker came up too and ignored us
Came in to this place to get my nail and toes done. I was told by the lady doing my nails that it would be $10 for just a polish on my nails (no manicure). When I was rung up I was charged $20 for the nail polish and told I was given the wrong price. About an hour after I left, my polish began to chip. Upon returning to the shop to get it fixed I was told to sit and wait in a long line of others waiting to get eyebrows done. Very disappointed with my first experience here.
Before the gentleman began on my daughter’s nails I asked what the price would be for acrylics and her pedicure. The gentleman that was doing my daughter’s nail I formed me that it would be a total of $105.00. Upon checking out, the price was $120.00. I asked why and was told because of the length. I stated no that this amount will not due because I was told one thing and was given another price. Management was rude, overbearing, and over talking me. Worst French tip set I ever had. Some of the lines are think and some are thin. They don’t even compare each finger or toes to see if they are about the same. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. DO BETTER.
Took my lashes off like I always do.. this is the fist time getting them done by them and my real lashes came out at the bulb. Plus their brow work is terrible. 2013 brows in 2025 is crazy. I won’t be back
