Today's experience with the manager was the worst. She called me over to her station. I told her I wanted a manicure with no nail polish, she asked why. I told her I don't want my natural nails to be ruined anymore. She showed me to the pedicure station and filled the tub with cold water. I asked her to make it warmer, she added like warm water. At first Tammy’s was great. Fast service and beautiful nails. After going there for about a year and a half I noticed the service became terrible. Rude nail techs, inconsistent prices, and bad customer service. The side where you can buy nail products is great but often times they refill products with a different product, but keep it in the original container. Which isn’t very helpful if you want one specific thing and you end up getting a whole different thing. The salon side uses MMA Monomer (which is extremely illegal btw... read more

I asked Shooga, the male employee that does eyebrows, to give me thin eyebrows. He made my eyebrows extremely thick. While I was paying, another employee was laughing at me. I felt like they did it on purpose & I wasted my money. This was July 6 around 2:30-4pm

If i can give this place no stars I would no hygiene, terrible customer service. They dont wash their hands . They stick their fingers all in your eyes. I am going to call the health department because ventilation in there is awful . Just rude and dirty. My eye had been swollen and red since she put her finger all in my eye. Eyelashes cane off next day .
