Terrible Customer Service! My family of 5 have been going to My Eye Dr for years. I was getting ready for work this morning and accidentally tore my right eye contact. I called a store and asked if they could get a right eye contact. The girl told me no because I have not been ordering my contacts through them. Yes, this is true.
