Was hoping to have an open discussion about home birth and a delayed vaccine schedule our baby due in April. The discussion was not open nor was it positive. Dr Chi responded to my questions by indicating that they have a very busy practice which indicated to me that this practice is only up for the families that are satisfied with assembly line healthcare. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Somewhat, but not very much Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
