Asked for and received another opinion on how to proceed with treatment of the carpal tunnel symptoms displaying in my wrists. Was pleased with the path recommended by Dr. Woods and will proceed with her recommendations.
Felt she was more into herself than the patient.
Dr Woods does not have a good “ bedside manner”. She does not provide any pain relievers. She doesn’t care about patients pain. Dr Woods is blunt in answers to questions. She is not sympathetic to patients problems.
Dr. Wood was very professional, explaining everything I needed to know and asked if I had questions.
She pays attention to what i have to say
She listened actively and treated me humanely not like the original surgeon I was set up with who failed to show up twice himself for my appointments. Ms. Woods is a better professional because she’s a real person first.

After reading some very negative reviews about Dr. Woods, I was nervous about how my appointment would go. For my situation, she gave me three options; I picked surgery and she didn’t bat an eye. Her personality may be a little dry but I think she’s very knowledgeable and good at her job.
