No waiting, all very friendly. Dr. Woods is not only friendly, but very professional. Dresses beautifully.
I appreciated her warmth and empathy today. Even though it was clear she was busy with patients, she took the time to ask questions about my recovery and wait for the answers and simply explained about the long term implications in situations like mine. I felt valued and encouraged.
