Yesterday was my birthday. I received so many Blessings and gifts from family and friends but I feel most Blessed by one certain gift. My estranged sister and I have been slowly rebuilding our relationship with honesty and communication. I have missed so many years with her and regret not having my sister in my life. They made it a very smooth & easy process. We were able to sell our home very quickly. S&D real estate deliver excellent customer service. Being a first time home buyer, my realtor Keith McDonald made it a smooth process. Very personable to deal with and was available and responsive when I had concerns or questions. He was also very determined to help find the home I was looking for. I would look for him when that time comes again.
I highly recommend them especially Mr. Keith McDonald's great person to deal with tries to do everything in his power to make you comfortable and to get everything that you need. do not have any problems with them no harassment no type of issues if i m e anything fixed that will get it done so I highly recommend them thank you for everything you have been making my stay here very comfortable
I totally reccomend S&D Real Estate ...They are family oriented....Especially Keith McDonald all for single family homes and families in general...Good Man Big Heart....Had a bad landlord before Keith took his place and he pretty much went over and beyond for my son and I...He is awesome and will do whatever he can to deliver great customer service....And making sure all his tenants are pleased...
Keith was VERY professional from the beginning of my lease all the way up till the end. The place was nice and clean upon moving in and we had no issues with anything. My husband's job had to relocate us and Keith was very understanding and worked with us. By far the best landlord I have had!

COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. We had the good fortune to run across S&D Real Estate agent Della Maggard at one of her open house showings. That house did not work for us, but she so impressed us that we asked her to be our buyer's agent. We are now in our new place and Della was the can do, person at every step of the way that made things happen. Buyer or seller, she is someone you can trust to go above and beyond expectations.
