nted a place from Keith MacDonald. The worst SLUMLORD ever! I paid $1500 to move in as a single mother who was expecting another child. (Father passed away.) I explained to them my situation and they were so sweet and understanding. After 1 month of moving in my air conditioner broke. My son and I woke up soaked in sweat everynight becasue it was summer time. It was never fixed, I had to spend my money to buy anew one and put it in myself because he refused to replace it then... Vince and Cindy are a terrific duo. They made me feel comfortable from day one. Provided an honest evaluation of my property and expectations. Had an offer within a week. Closed with about 6 weeks after financing was secured. They took extra care knowing that I was going thru surgery during the closing period. Honesty and integrity are their core values, along with providing me with treats after closing. That and great advice about training our new puppy. God Bless them both.
