RecommendedUsually my experiences are not too pleasant, however at my most recent service, l had a new service advisor by the name of Erik Orduna. He made my visit so much better than usual and moving forward when l come for service, l will be specifically requesting him.

The service department is very unprofessional. The manager does not return calls when they have had your vehicle for 2wks. and you are trying to find out what is the issue . I would not recommend making a purchase or using this business anymore.
My mother and I had great experience with Nissan. bc of my health I needed a certain recommendation that need to be met. Nisson went out of thier way to make sure the needs were met when all other car lots wanted to just sale a car Nissan cared about the customer . To me that's what brought us back to them to purchase our vehicle. i would recomend Pat Peck Nissan to everyone. Great people, Great environment , Great prices.
After getting my car serviced, they was supposed to detail my car, after sitting there 3 hours I asked how much longer, they told me they was detailing my car that it would be about another 45 minutes I told them that was fine, after sitting there a hour after that, I got up to ask how much longer, he went and checked, they NEVER STARTED ON MU CAR.
