RecommendedThe service man Rashod was very nice and helpful and the courier ( shuttle) was awesome he made me feel comfortable to get a ride because I don’t like doing that. Everyone I encountered in the Service area was really nice and professional.
The service representatives at Nissan of Mobile truly care about customer satisfaction and the condition and safety of every vehicle.
Sales and finance people were wonderful and very helpful. The detail shop needs a lot of help. My car was filthy on delivery. Stickers were pulled off and windows not cleaned. I have a seven year old granddaughter who could have done better. Salesman said he would have it redone when I come back.
They are very slow in the service department it took 3.5 hours to get my oil changed today and I was very dissatisfied with the service
Brian, the service advisor, did an awesome job with my car and it’s first check up since I bought it. Kind and courteous! Highly recommend
