They always take care of my car and when they do I know I don't have to worry when I travel. A couple of things did happened today though that had not before. I had t wait for over 3 hours for my car when I made an appointment to make sure that did not happen. Then they did not put the updated tag on my windshield after they did the 3 thousand mile check.

My husband bought me a brand new 2017 Rogue on May 16 with $3000.00 of additional maintenance warranties, which one of them included scotch guard , cleaning seat stains, dent and paint repair. I took it today for the regular oil and filter change and tire rotation and I requested my FIRST deep cleaning / they call it Resist All. I dropped it off at 8:00am and picked up at 6:00 pm . They stated that it would be 6hrs just for the cleaning . Well for an all day process my car looks bad. Seats not cleaned or treated , and inside... read more
