I came here to get my 2 front tires replaced. Was told 2 tires were 340$$$$ because they are oddball tire. So I said ok. no problem. The staff was actually really friendly and deserves the recognition. But the wait time for this job was unacceptable. I had an appointment at 11am which I filled online. I decided to show up early. Little after 1030am. over 3 hrs later I was in my car and on my way. I will never go back nor will I reccomend them for anything. Erik was the rep that I worked with and he was wonderful. He made sure we understood the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. We had an extended warranty and Erik and worked everything out with the warranty company. He’s always made himself available to answer any questions that I had and Lord knows I had plenty. He is the reason we will continue to use Nissan of Mobile. He’s definitely an asset to the company!
