RecommendedService department is organized and get you in and out quickly according to what is being done. Today I have my 10,000 mile service and tire rotation. Appt was at two and I was out of there before 3 pm. No surprises in the cost exactly what they had quoted.

Service department needs to keep customers notified of what's going on with vehicle. Email, text, something. When a vehicle comes in with problems, they need to have a loaner car available for the inconvenience.
