They are thorough and considerate of older folks. We came from a distance and it was worth it.

Dishonest. 75 year old man goes in with current Kia to get a new battery and comes out with a brand new 2017 Kia in the same make and model. Just wrong.

This dealership's response to my inquiries regarding a new car was outstanding and made a sometimes difficult and frustrating process very simple and easy. Gretchen Ward and her sales manager found a specifically outfitted vehicle (which other dealerships couldn't, or wouldn't), traveled to pick it up, and sold it for a very pleasantly fair price.
