My oil change should have been free. They didnt wash my car. In tx my oil changes were comepletely free and they washed my car. Not liking this kia dealer ship very much.

The service center staff are very helpful, professional and courteous. Dale is extremely knowledgeable about everything and is very patient and thorough with explaining the work that was completed. Waiting with my three grandchildren was very pleasant with fresh popcorn, snacks and drinks. It’s definitely a great place to have your automobile serviced.
Very professional, courteous, understanding, and all around great environment! From the moment I called on the phone and spoke to Dale to the moment I left he gave me options and made sure I was happy with my services. Though it did take 1.5 hours for my oil change... I was able to stay refreshed with their complimentary snacks and coffee �
