Very dissatisfied with the way my car was serviced with the service department. Car has been brought to the dealership 3 TIMES to be fixed. Low and behold it happens a 4TH TIME. Have spent a good chunk of my hard earned money to get this fixed and have gotten NO WHERE. This process has been going on for months. I will never be back, and I don’t recommend anyone ever go to the service department at Pat Peck Kia.

Took my Kia Soul in today to have tread looked at on the front tires. They look as though the tread is shredding. After a brief inspection, I was told that they are fine and that this is seen quite a bit lately in cars around Biloxi because of the gravel. Problem is, I live in West Biloxi and don’t drive on gravel roads. Husband took my car to local tire shop and was told that this would be questionable and in fact, both of my front tires are different from each other. How does that even happen? The Service Dept is great. The employees give excellent customer service. I will continue to use them for all my service needs.
When I received the vehicle it had oil or grease stains on center console. Tech had to clean before I left. On a previous visit there was grease on the exterior car surface.
