we only dealt with the service department, and we were in contact with Savannah.... I felt very happy from just talking with her on the phone, and then meeting her, she went over everything before actually doing the procedure, and during the procedure she kept me apprised of how things were going, and when it was time to checkout, she came and got us, she explained all of the charges, and made sure we understood everything.
