If I could give 0 I would....Let's start with the fact that I've never had a good experience here. Today was the last straw. I waited two hours for them to tell me I needed new tires (came in for a brake check). Then, was Brandon not only unprepared with another quote I had asked for to replace a rear tail light ($1,000.00 by the way when I can buy the part myself for $150.00 and watch a literal 5 minute video and do it myself), he told me that the tires I was pricing theirs against (Costco) were cheaper elsewhere because "t... read more

Matthew Wittenstein is an outstanding service advisor. We have worked with him over five years. Tameron should keep him and leave him in the HONDA service department. He keeps up with required maintenance and gives us advice about any that will need attention based on service tech recommendations. The service is great and dependable. Service waiting area and staff are helpful too.

Jaylon was a great sales rep! He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable looking through the vehicles I noted I was interested in. I did not purchase from this location but the only reason I gave less than 5 stars was for the insane markups compared to other dealerships. If I could rate just the rep, location and test driving process, Jaylon and his methods was a 10/10 !
