Honestly, after walking away from a huge bill, I decided to go over the alleged necessary repairs. I also got suspicious when they alerted the mechanic, on paper, that I was thinking about getting another car. What did that have to do with the repairs? the engine light was on, all i wanted to know was why. . Then, they told me, I needed to get a new gas cap and get some vapors out of the gas line. Kerry Sewell, the shuttle driver, is one of the most friendly people I have met. Honestly, one of the reasons I keep returning for service. Ethan McClellan is also my favorite service consultant. It truly makes for a better experience when the staff you interact with are friendly and familiar. Thank you, Tameron Honda.
Easily the worst experience I've ever had with Honda. Normally I don't ever have issues going to a Honda dealership but you cannot justify to me holding my car for four hours, no one looking at my car and then being snappy with me when I can't exactly leave my car with you all freaking day for an inspection.
If I could give 0 I would....Let's start with the fact that I've never had a good experience here. Today was the last straw. I waited two hours for them to tell me I needed new tires (came in for a brake check). Then, was Brandon not only unprepared with another quote I had asked for to replace a rear tail light ($1,000.00 by the way when I can buy the part myself for $150.00 and watch a literal 5 minute video and do it myself), he told me that the tires I was pricing theirs against (Costco) were cheaper elsewhere because "t... read more
