Roscoe raises rent by 10% annually and puts an Airbnb above you. Then they commit outright fraud on your move-out. They've done it to me twice (and no, I didn't live in their complex by choice the second time - they bought the complex I lived in). Don't let them do it to you.
These apartments are by far the worst I have lived in. Here’s a list of my experience: - There are roaches - critters living in the walls making noises at all hours of the night banging around, making damages inside the walls, and there are other high pitched noises also coming from inside the wall at all hours of the night - the cigarette smoke from a neighbor smoking inside their unit travels to mine and is so heavy I can see the white smoke and have gotten sick multiple times due to this - I get charged twice for the same... read more
Very Confusing people and also pretty rude. The lady hung up on me after I told her my concerns about the way things were presented on the webesite and phone calls I had. Honestly I will never rent with this company because they are so unprofessional on the phone. The way they come across is okay they are trying to prove you wrong and be right not be helpful.
