Needs a new staff at the desk, I'm calling to make an appointment and I been on hold for almost 20 minutes patiently. After reading the reviews this place is really terrible, they need patients but don't have any because the receptionists are always in their phone online and talking like they don't care about anything but just get paid to sit there and blow people off. Find another Doctor, this place is horrible! Only person that was great was the physician assistant.

This doctor office is far bellow par. The receptionist job seams to be just looking at videos on her phone with her coworker and filing a simple form. My appointment was set for 4 pm with Dr. Tamayo. One hr later they told me Dr Tamayo was no longer seeing patients and I still had to wait another hour. This is for a regular checkup. Unacceptable and will highly suggest you Look for another doctor.

They are not an urgent-care facility. I brought my daughter in due to a rash. They proceeded to tell me they are not an urgent care and couldn’t help me. Thankfully it wasn’t a dire emergency. They were nice about the situation and the place did look clean.
