I loved living at Tamasha. Beautiful landscaping, excellent location (walking distance to everything in downtown Bellevue), enough parking for residents/visitors but not a huge complex. Cute little river has frogs and ducks in the spring, super pet friendly with a big lawn to walk your dog or lay out in the sun on a nice day. My apartment was fully renovated with new floors, cabinets, appliances, the works. Nice neighbors. I’ll miss living there!

Beautiful property and nice place to live. Bldg has been remodeled and the new units are stunning. Bldg has open garden style courtyard/ walkways with nice landscaping and trees. Pretty unique type of apt building and I dig it. Also has a private grass area/ yard with a creek to the north that's private. Which is great for dogs, etc. Location in Bellevue is awesome too. Cockroach infestation, our apartment has flooded three times and our carpet was never replaced, dishwasher has been broken for years and has never been fixed. windstorm left dangerous bow hanging from trees next to parking lot and management has done nothing about it for 2 weeks and counting. 3 out of 4 washing machines and 2 out of 4 dryers are broken currently and manager is rarely available in office.
