Coming from the Dominican Republic, a third-world country, I can say this place reminds me a lot of home—and for all the wrong reasons. Running water feels like a luxury, since almost every week there’s an “urgent” and nearly unannounced shut-off. People do whatever they want, which is why the dumpsters are always overflowing and the property looks like a garbage field. Lived here for 4 years. Sara is absolutely fantastic and a lovely person. Hospital access is phenomenal. Busy area so be careful about commutes
