Not bad place to live but the instant they can try to screw you over they will
I left a review a month ago about a few CONS I had with maintenance and simply just quality of life. It took them forever to fix 1 of those issues, which was the washing machine that needed to be replaced. My partner & I put in a work order for them to come & fix our window that was broken due to poor installation. They sent someone out 2-3 days later to just take a look. The apartments are dark and gloomy. The hallways are dirty. The rooms are very small for the money they want for rent for these gloomy little apartments is very expensive.
Terrible place. Terrible manners. My boyfriend put a work order in for our heat that barely works ! Long story short, the guy came to fix it and as he was leaving, he double lock the door (deadbolt) knowing we can’t access it from the outside. We weren’t inside when this took place.
