They didnt give me what i asked for and its over priced for what i didnt get
I heard great reviews of this restaurant, especially for its tamales and Chile rellenos. My family and I went to try it out tonight and the signs said closed. The website and coupons said it is open until 7 pm on Saturday nights. This was just after 6 pm. The lights were still on and the hours on the door said 7 pm too so we went in. A guy came out from behind the counter and I asked if they were closed. He said yes. I said that we had read it was open until 7 so we were confused. No response. Rude! Ordered two weeks in advance at Beaverton location, when I arrived, order wasn't available, I was told to wait an hour. after we came back, I was told to come back 3 hours later, all on Christmas eve. I told him that was unacceptable that we had family waiting for early dinner. Even yelled at me to have a Merry Christmas. RUDE RUDE RUDE....food is good, Guy at counter shouldn't be working in customer service industries.
