UPDATE Nov 20, 2022: It has been over 7 months and we are still waiting for our plans to be completed and submitted to the County. After being told many times that the plans would be submitted by a specific date, Belinda Taluban completely stopped responding to any communication from us. I went to her office in person and she lied to me again stating the work would be completed within a week (this was in July). At this point, we are out many thousands of dollars from the delay and wasted time, and we are not sure what to do.... read more

Dear Feroze: Please tell the truth. You bought a property that owed a debt to Taluban Engineering. You paid that debt to secure a permit for a retaining wall that was place illegally on the property. YOU have never been a client of Taluban Engineering. YOU paid a debt against the property you purchased. You also knew about this debt and illegal work prior to buying the property. Stay away from this company! I paid my full payment to complete there obligation and now they are not responding. I've called/emailed for the last month and left messages and they are not even calling back at all. I don't understand a business like this can still be open. I got an advised from my bank as they cashed my check to submit a report to BBB and file a report through the local police department for a SCAM.
