Pathetic. We have had more outages in the last two years than we had in the first 32 years of living in Tallavana. If the culprits are the trees then get your trucks out here and prune back the branches from the powerlines- like you used to do. Maybe some preventative measures from a well run department would put an end to these ridiculous outages every time it rains. What a joke you get charged late fee after 5pm. Amazing how these companies are allowed to RIP off hard working people.
They are terrible . Charged me over $500 for my ex tenant hooking up there own service and stealing power and water that I had no idea was going on and they had already caught them doing it before and didnt do anything about it so of course the scumbags would do it again , after I finally got them evicted and went to turn the power on I was informed I owed over $500 due to what the tenants had done in order for me to get power on . THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT USE. AVOID IF ABLE! This happened to a friend of mine. They will also probably remove this review in fear of their company getting a bad name but they are making a bad name for themselves just fine by telling people to pay in full (WHEN THEY DID!!!)and shutting their power off twice in one day and not only charging them two connecting fees (when they claimed it was a system error and never should have been turned back on) but also a 600$ deposit to a person who has been with them for years and ha... read more
