What a joke you get charged late fee after 5pm. Amazing how these companies are allowed to RIP off hard working people.
They are terrible . Charged me over $500 for my ex tenant hooking up there own service and stealing power and water that I had no idea was going on and they had already caught them doing it before and didnt do anything about it so of course the scumbags would do it again , after I finally got them evicted and went to turn the power on I was informed I owed over $500 due to what the tenants had done in order for me to get power on . THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT USE. AVOID IF ABLE! This happened to a friend of mine. They will also probably remove this review in fear of their company getting a bad name but they are making a bad name for themselves just fine by telling people to pay in full (WHEN THEY DID!!!)and shutting their power off twice in one day and not only charging them two connecting fees (when they claimed it was a system error and never should have been turned back on) but also a 600$ deposit to a person who has been with them for years and ha... read more
I want to give a huge shout out to Matt Fryer. Went above and beyond to help us restore our power. Smart, intelligent, and compassionate.
Accidentally double paid my bill and talquin pocketed the extra money. You also get charged for them to turn the power back on after a storm, go figure. Their customer service is awful. Any time you call them there is at least a 15 person line with no call back option, once u get through youre met with rude apathetic employees. Its a disgusting company that has monopoloy on eletric services in this area. So despite the hundreds of complaints there is nothing anyone can do about it.
