I was so scared to drop off my 2 9 month old Shih Tzu puppies. Let me just say the MOMENT I walked in the door at Tally Spay the receptionist/nurses were SO WARM & WELCOMING and loved on my puppies the moment they saw them, which put me at ease. The communion was amazing on how to care of them when we got home. They sent emails before and after the appointments! I’m so happy we chose Tally Spay for my little ones. Thank you to the wonderful staff. I highly recommend!
This was a wonderful place to have my Husky neutered. There are separate times when dogs and cats come which easily cuts down on chaos. When I picked up my dog, the nurse went over instructions as a group, which was helpful. Pain medicine is also included with the surgery, which is a big plus. I would use this office again for any spay/neuter needs.
The process from start to finish is very efficient and smooth. They send out multiple reminders and clear, detailed instructions before, during and after surgery. Everyone in this office was so friendly and helpful. Not just to me, but everyone there as a group at drop off I would say received the same compassionate care. I went to get my dog spayed. She was a female. They had her entered as a male. I come from about 2 hours away. They called me and told me they would not be allowed to do her since she was a female and not a male. I went back to pick her up and while I was trying to talk to the front desk lady to see if they can do anything another worker came out with my dog. I had an excellent experience getting my dog neutered here. The staff was incredibly caring, gentle, and patient with my pup, and they made sure I understood every step of the process. The cost was very reasonable, and I truly felt they put my dog’s well-being first rather than trying to upsell anything. The procedure went smoothly, recovery instructions were clear, and my dog was back to himself in no time. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism—highly recommend!
