I have been seeing Dr. VanLandingham for almost 20 years. I’ve never had anything but 5 star visits. I recommend him to everyone I know!
I want to start by saying that I respect Dr. Hugh Vanlandingham, though I honestly don’t know if he even knows I exist. People often say men don’t go to the doctor, and for me that was true for over 30 years. When I finally decided to choose a primary care doctor, I relied heavily on Google reviews. While Dr. Vanlandingham himself is a nice person, the office as a whole is very difficult to communicate with. This was hard as I really like Hugh Vanlandingham as a person…super nice fella. Been a patient for 15+ years…But his staff specifically PA Erin (aka Nikki) Smith was the last straw for me today…extremely unprofessional. I am leaving to find a new doctor. Her attitude has been an issue for a long time…and unfortunately Dr.V has gotten so busy I have to see a PA 90% of the time. Dr. Hugh VanLandingham is the most knowledgeable, most caring and thoughtful primary care doctor in my experience. His up to date expertise is invaluable, his attention to detail is excellent, and his experience allows him to readily evaluate conditions for accurate diagnoses when issues arise. Plus - his NPs and nurses are outstanding. Thank you Dr. VanLandingham.
