I started going to Dr. VanLandingham when he started his practice. I rarely needed to see him as I was healthy until I developed diabetes. The day before Thanksgiving 2024 I had an issue and saw the nurse practitioner. Because of her misdiagnosis I have had to have 1 emergency surgery and two follow up surgeries. If she had really looked at my issue it could have been avoided. It is March 2025 and I am still suffering and had 3 months of excruciating pain because she didn’t really look. I just got my first Pap smear! I’m 24 and have not found a OBGYN yet, so this rite of passage can be scary for the uninformed on the procedure. But not for me! I’m so grateful I had Kendyll Jones to guide me through the procedure step by step. She made sure I was comfortable through every step of the process, and answered all my questions so thoroughly. Dr. Vanlandingham listens to you, He has compassion for his patients. He works diligently to find answers to your questions or your problems. His staff is friendly and courteous with your time. Very efficiently ran doctor's office !!! I’m a long term patient of his. At my age, I truly appreciate Dr. Hugh !!!
Dr. Vanlandingham’s office always make sure that I am well taken care of. Kyndall Jones and Evan are extremely efficient, communicative, and go above and beyond to care for their patients. I always leave happy and grateful to be seen by them, which is rare these days in a world full of paper pushers. Thank yall for all that yall do!
