Nothing negative to say about the staff at all, and very thankful for everyone making my first pregnancy a positive experience in that regard! The office as a whole, however, could work on their appointment timing. My 20-week anatomy scan was scheduled for 1:30 (which I put directly into my calendar while at the front desk and asked for the appointment card as well). There were so many things I didn't like about this place! Let's start with the fact my first meeting with the doctor was a telemed visit where the sound was messed up. It was either she could hear me and I couldn't hear her or vice versa. She settled on me hearing her and her not hearing me, this lead to me shaking my head yes and no and putting small chats in the chat space. This was a short, brief, and non informative meeting.
