I am appalled at the "healthcare" industry. My 81-year old, mother in law was taken by ambulance on September 28, 2025 to this facility. She had a UTI, was unable to walk, very weak, and confused. On arrival, her blood pressure was 199/140. On every healthcare website, (screenshots attached) they state that Blood Pressure of 180/120 or above, "seek Emergency care immediately". Takes a lot of time to get admitted with not much updates. Took us 2 hours to get admitted in the ER followed by 4 more hours for duagnosis

My name is Krista Bole i called 911 and was takin to TMH ER around 1-2 am. I could not move my lower back..I couldn't sit up ,walk nothing I was in so much pain! I was seen by a wonderful nurse and younger White male dr...goodlooking too!!!
