When you call 911 this is where you end up and NOT the hospitals actual ER. You are ignored, made to wait 2 hours before anyone notices you're there. They treat everyone as if they're having a heart attack and yet it can take 2 or more hours to get any blood work done. The so called doctors here are medical school failures. They'll change your diagnosis and meds with no idea nor care of how dangerous that is. Do yourself a favor and get yourself to the real ER at the hospital and not their clinic for non-life threatening iss... read more

I came here by the urging of my dentist because the northside er prescribed me meds that didnt take down the swelling of this big lump on my cheek. Triage was fine. There is a nice waiting room for families that blocks out disturbing sounds or visuals (vomiting, someone holding a vomit bag). Understandably, the tests took a few hours but it wasnt bad. Unfortunately for me, I had a tooth abscess and ended up having to be admitted. The pediatric nurses are amazing and caring. I had surgery the next day and needless to say it w... read more

I came here after going to the Northside emergency center because the antibiotics they prescribed me couldn't keep the swelling down. The check in process and triage went fine. It did take a little while for all my tests to be done but it wasn't bad. Sadly, I did end up having to be admitted to the pediatric unit but ... read more

First, my bp was 162/121 when they checked it. I told them I was feeling light headed but according to them my bp was not high enough for anything to be done. Also, Went in telling them I was on amoxicillin for sinusitis. Explained that I had been on the medication for a couple of days now and no changes. I know I supposed to take it for the full course but at this point I should at least feel some progress.
