I really enjoyed the night shift triage team at TMH Bixler ER on the night of Thursday, April 10th, 2025. They were empathetic, kind, and actively listened to my concerns. Nurse Allison was great to talk with and made me feel more comfortable in the ER setting. She was the highlight of my visit. My only complaint is I did not receive a room. If I could do 0, I would. This place had me sitting for 6 hours, never got a room. Never spoke with a doctor, PA or Nurse practitioner. I was handed discharge papers with NO type of prognosis, or my results. The lady who handed me the papers didnt even correctly read what was typed?! When I asked for the doctor, they asked which room I was in to which I let them know I was never placed. I had an awful experience yesterday 3/26/2024 I went here because I had a horrible reaction happen between medications that I take. I get here bring my medication, explain exactly what happened. I get swabbed ONE time for cold and flu, and only once because they come back and offer to do Covid and strept and I tell them no because I don't understand how they came to that conclusion of testing when I explained what happened. I ended being there for six hours for one swab and no other attempts for testing, just to be told that... read more

This ER deserve no star. Very dirty with rude workers. Tonight 5/27/2023 I had an emergency there, waited for 5 hours. The workers who call the names and records and pushes the wheel chaires were realy rude specially the blonde one who call the names was very rude. Also, Inside the room the workers were making fun of patients nioses and were laughing too loud that was impossible for patients to sleep. It looked like the hospital collected those wokers from the corner of street.
