Hire staff that has customer service experience.

Need a better phone system. Tried for 25 minutes to reach a person. Message saying “your call can not be transferred” and then back to the message instructing you to push #1;2 or 3. This is not the first time this has happened.
This credit union is my 3rd since I've been 18...and they are by far the BEST at service and helping people get back on their feet! 101% the best anywhere I guarantee! I'm in tears they have helped me so many times its unbelievable! I will NEVER get another credit union or bank! This place is by far the BEST! Will be letting ALL of Tallahassee know this! They are the reason my credit went from 540ish to 670 in a little over a year!! I could NOT have done it without them! I'm so thankful for #TLFCU
