The customer service at branch 1827 Capital Circle NE is horrible. The branch manager is very unprofessional disrespectful and rude. Today I went to this location to used the ATM and the machine did not release my money however the machine gave me a receipt as if I did get the money. I went to drive thru and told the teller what happen. The teller told me to hold on he had to talk to his manager. Teller come back to the speaker and stated that the branch manager inform him that the same thing happen yesterday, so I ask the t... read more
Like many others have noted, the level of customer service has continued to diminish. For example, It took 19 minutes yesterday in drive thru to make a payment and there were no cars in front of me. The fact that I cannot make an online payment or a payment over the phone (without being charged $10), is ridiculous.

I’ve been a member of this credit union for 20 plus years. Within the last two years their customer service has diminished. It’s almost impossible to speak with a representative when calling and when utilizing the drive through, the wait time is considerably long. Good customer service is supposed to be an essential part of a credit union.
Been with TLFCU for over 10 years, they have always been courteous and helpful to me. I personally go straight to Janet Pate because she has always been the best at answering questions, applying for loans and she is the one of the reasons I have an account at TLFCU.
