APRN Christina Slotter was incredibly pleasant, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and positive energy in the office were outstanding. She immediately discontinued my previous blood pressure medication and started me on a new one, and I finally feel like my blood pressure is under control. The best way to contact the office is by email, as they stay very busy caring for patients. I highly recommend this practice!
I arrived promptly for my scheduled 8:00 AM appointment, Crawfordville Office, only to witness staff members casually filing into the office between 8:05 and 8:15 AM. At 8:15 AM—fifteen minutes after my appointment time—I left, as it was unclear if the practice had intention of honoring the schedule they had set. I really enjoy going here for primary care. The staff are kind and the doctors are attentive. However, recently theyve put an ai chatbot on their phone and it refuses to transfer you to the front desk. I am sick and I do not have the breath to waste trying to wrangle it. This ai has forgotten my primary visits before and I do not believe in its capabilities with scheduling a sick visit. I had gotten an email from the practice weeks ago that this thing was being discontinued too, so now I have much less faith in this practice... read more
Dr. Marino Martinez and Ms. Christina Slotter, APRN, provide exceptional, thorough care. They are incredibly empathetic and attentive, consistently taking extra time during appointments to ensure all our needs are met. We are deeply grateful for their thoughtful approach; they truly treat us like family.
This office doesn't even allow you to speak to a real human being when you try to make an appointment- instead they force you to use AI garbage to submit your request. If you are looking to get treatment from providers who actually care about their patients, you are better off looking elsewhere.
