The staff's positive bedside manners provided for a relaxed environment. The doctor kept me informed thru all steps of the procedure. My opting to not receive anesthesia could've Led to an awkward encounter, but the staff maintained their professionalism & helped me to feel at ease. The person monitoring me during the procedure was on top of her game. This was definitely 5 star quality service!
Praise God for you all. Years of endoscopies and digestive issues, explained and actually investigated revealed answers . Dr. V not only heard my words, he listened to me( the patient experiencing things that changed my day to day existence. The commonality of doctors being so busy making money, processing you through the healthcare survival lines like airport travelers has to stop. Everyone there from the first reception to the last nurse and my Dr was very professional and caring. I recommend this facility to anyone who has to be treated . Even though at the end I didn't remember a thing. Lol
