Polite on the phone and in person, however, the listed price at the dealer was $2500 more than on CarGurus! And the miles were nearly 2,000 higher. When we asked why the price was so much higher, he said that, they use CarGurus to get you to come to the store. That they use the low Internet price on CarGurus solely for advertising only! This is very misleading. After debating with the salesman and manager for a few hours about the price, they lowered their sales price by $1000, but also lowered our trade in value by $700. The dealer contaced me via email and was very helpful attemting to schedule an appointment asap. I am still interested in this vehicle and I will move forward within the next week.
Bad experience with this dealer. Contacted dealer on friday, said I would be in in a few days to test drive vehicle. Went in the following Tuesday and drove vehicle, it ran real rough, salesman said they THOUGHT it was the plugs and plug wires were bad and if I would commit to buying it that they would change the plugs and wires. That should have been done before test drive.
Fast response, just wasn't what I was looking for.

Thaddeus Bruce has gone above and beyond to make a deal and keep me happy. First time buying online, sight unseen but so far everything has been perfect. I will be getting the car in a few days. The coordination and communication have been excellent. My questions were answered quickly.
Got back to me shortly and struck a deal over the phone , however upon arrival and inspection I changed my mind , No worries we moved on and made a deal on a 2013 3500 Ram 4x4 ! Great People ! Fair price on Trade In !
