I almost threw out my worn-out oriental rug, but these guys worked wonders on it. Their cleaning and repair service did a fantastic job—my rug looks brand new and the edges are fixed perfectly. I really liked that they use eco-friendly products since I have pets. They took care of both regular stains and pet messes like champs. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to have tracking for pickup and drop-off—that would be nice. The price seemed reasonable, and the cleaning was very good. I would definitely think about hiring them again.
After my husband passed away a year ago, I struggled with his belongings and fell into depression. My space was chaotic. Joe came and organized everything, which was very emotional for me. I highly recommend this family-owned business for their great work. Everyone was friendly. They also deep-cleaned and deodorized my bedroom, helping me sleep better. A clean home is a healthier home.
Summer Hardy did a great job getting rid of some spots that wouldn't come out. She showed up on time, worked quickly, and did the job without any problems. She did a great job, and I will definitely hire her again in the future.
Makayla Gallagher did a fantastic job on my carpets! She thoroughly explained her process and recommended the best treatment. I had not cleaned my carpets in a while, and there were spots I thought wouldn’t come out, but Makayla managed to remove them. My carpets now look amazing! I recommend Rug Repairs ABC and Oriental Rug Cleaning and will use Makayla's services again.
