I have read some of the other comments regarding this location, and I must say that the office staff is great - they may have received some constructive feedback to assist them with improving their customer service. So, I would suggest to anyone who is reading the reviews and trying to make a decision to come or not, to give it a chance. Dr. Cruz is truly as phenomenal as everyone else has stated that he is. My appointment went great awesome staff. however my daughter missed her appointment a year ago. I tried to make appointment recently and was told she did a no show no call she 5 and we had an emergency. So i was told i can no longer set an appointment for my daughter but i can make one for my son. Things come up but the representative didn’t care. Be mindful when you set appointments here.
I saw Dr. Cruz today. What a thorough, professional, kind person he is. He listened to my thoughts and gave his professional opinion. I am so happy that he is my Doctor.
I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Cruz’s office today. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. He took the time to explain my test results and showed concern for me as a patient.
