My appointment went great awesome staff. however my daughter missed her appointment a year ago. I tried to make appointment recently and was told she did a no show no call she 5 and we had an emergency. So i was told i can no longer set an appointment for my daughter but i can make one for my son. Things come up but the representative didn’t care. Be mindful when you set appointments here.
I saw Dr. Cruz today. What a thorough, professional, kind person he is. He listened to my thoughts and gave his professional opinion. I am so happy that he is my Doctor.
I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Cruz’s office today. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. He took the time to explain my test results and showed concern for me as a patient.
We have finally found an awesome doctor! Dr. Cruz is more thorough than any doctor I/we have ever been to. I took my mother to see him recently for what we and many of her current doctors thought were allergies. Turns out she has no allergies at all! He discovered through listening to her story and doing labs that she has no immune system at all. She is now going through monthly infusions to restore her immune system. Thank goodness we finally found a doctor who could help her! Thank you, Dr. Cruz!
I’ve been a patient for several years and have had only pleasant experiences. Dr Cruz takes his time discussing and thoroughly explaining my care plan. He has always been friendly, kind and engaging making me feel valued as a patient. His care staff have always been wonderful to me as well, pleasant and genuine. I have been a frequent visitor with allergy shots as well with very positive, friendly interactions every time.
