Working with Paul was fantastic. We recently moved back to West LA from Chicago. Although we were familiar with the areas we wanted to live in, we needed some extra help. Paul was not only able to help us see pros and cons of each house he showed us, but he was also able to show us the pros and cons of each neighborhood pocket. That knowledge was vital is guiding us towards the best house for us in the best part of the neighborhood for us! I'd highly recommend Paul to anyone!!
We had a great experience with Paul as our agent when we sold our house. He was exceptionally helpful and responsive and fought for us for us at every turn. We were so pleased with the service he provided us and how he made everything so easy. I would highly recommend his office and the entire staff he has supporting him in the escrow and mortgage division. I’m even thinking of enrolling my daughter in his real estate school.
Paul goes above and beyond! My brother and I live in Florida and needed to move our elderly mother here from her condo along the Wilshire Corridor. We flew her out to be with us while Paul marketed the home. He made selling our mother’s condo stress free. He emailed us all the paperwork to list the property using Docusign and anything that needed live signatures was Fedex’d to us for our review and approval.
