As a tenant, all I can say is, stay away. You won’t be able to reach her for emergencies. Dona has a very condescending attitude. You can always search Dona Browns name and see at her previous employers she had several one star reviews there too. Clearly she has a reputation.
We really enjoyed working with Dona. We rented a house with Dona for about 4 years. They were always quick to get in touch with us if we put in a request for maintenance and quick to get it resolved for us. Dona was super sweet and a pleasure to talk to on the phone. We had to leave the house to get into a different school district for our kids and we immediately asked her if she had any properties in the area. We also got out deposit back in a timely manner! Highly recommend talk property management!
I wouldn't go through this company. We rented our house through them, and the entire process of move out was made a nuisance. They don't manage property, they expect tenants to literally do everything under the sun. Go with any other company. Also, Donna was rude to us the entire time we lived there. We called her to ask for help finding a locksmith after I lost my keys on a company trip and she actually had the audacity to respond "that's the tenants responsibility." We are aware, thank you so so much!
As a renter, I found that Dona is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend TALK Property Management.
