I got my phone camera fixed over the summer, but communication with the repair guy was a bit difficult. He replaced the camera quickly, but he forgot to put one of the antennas back. On top of that, he didn’t clean the inside properly, so there was dust on my cameras. so I took my phone somewhere else for repairs. They told me the previous repair shop left out an antenna, and now they have to get approval from Samsung to see if it’s okay to operate with just one.

My phone was too old to salvage, but the guy was really nice. Would definitely come back. He took it apart to identify the problem whereas another franchised company couldn't even bother to do that. So thanks for taking a few minutes out of your day and not even charging me. Good to see customer service is still alive somewhere!
